About Cheese Board Atelier

The best way to introduce Cheese Board Atelier is by sharing a bit about myself. I’m Shirley, a proud Venezuelan and Latina, with a background in business administration, but my true passion lies in creating beautiful, delicious dishes that delight both the eyes and the palate. My journey began 14 years ago in my home country, Venezuela, where I started with creative decorations, sweet bouquets, chocolates, and balloons. Today, with a more refined taste, I’ve found my calling in the world of cheese, charcuterie, and wine.

This passion was reignited during casual "wine therapy" sessions with friends, where what we now call "grazing boards" became the heart of our gatherings.

Throughout this journey, I’ve had the joy of meeting and sharing this passion with many wonderful people, bringing lots and lots of love through each board I create. Every one of my creations is unique, infused with creativity, love, and good vibes that shine through in every detail.

 

​We treat each of our clients with the utmost care, striving to exceed expectations. From colors to allergies and personal preferences, we take the time to understand what makes each customer’s event special. Our goal is to deliver the highest standards of quality and attention, ensuring you can simply enjoy your event while we handle the rest.

We’ve also had the privilege of guiding others who share this passion for grazing boards and want to start their own journey. This led to the creation of the Grazing Board Academy, where we’ve built a growing community of collaborators and enthusiasts.
